1. How long does delivery take?
2–4 business days via Aramex Store-to-Door

2. Do you offer returns or exchanges?
Yes. If you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days of receiving it, provided it’s unused and in its original packaging.

3. Do your products come with a warranty?
Yes. All our products come with a 6-month warranty covering manufacturing defects.

4. Can I track my order?
Absolutely. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package every step of the way.

5. Do you ship outside of South Africa?
At the moment, we ship only within South Africa. We’re working on expanding our shipping options soon.
